Drupal Wiki

I'm curious which fields can be created when initially setting up a wiki in drupal. For example I would like to create the following fields for every wiki page being setup/editted for a particular project. They are all related to the interaction between particular community projects.

Project Title
Individual Participants
Organizational Participants
Explanation of the project (aka Body Text)

And then are these stored in SQL in such a way that they could be interlinked such that a search based on Organizations would deliver all associated Projects?
